Marble Care, Maintenance, Cleaning, Restoration & Sealing
Marble is formed from limestone being subjected to tremendous pressure and heat re-crystalizing the fossils and minerals. The wide range of colors comes from the combination and quantity of various minerals.
Marble is prized for its wide range of colors but is also much softer and more porous than granite. Add sensitivity to acid to the list of things to be careful about. Things you don’t suspect have acid in them frequently do, like soft drinks and liquid hand soaps so watch out for acids.
Marble will absorb water and oils so make sure that you seal yours and keep it sealed.
If you do get stains or etching just call Brilliant Services to get those stains and etching restored.
